I am an artist and humanitarian currently pursuing a degree in interior design. I grew up in a small home that was always shifting to adapt to my families needs and wants versus us adapting to the home. That experience shaped my love for curating spaces that invoke feeling for people; a place where they can be and belong. As a navy veteran I have worked with diverse groups of people and through 20+ years of customer service experience I have developed the ability to make people feel safe, seen, and heard. I am pursuing a career in interior design to develop accessible housing, community spaces for marginalized people and spaces that cultivate environments for community and creatives. I believe everyone should be in and have access to spaces that reflect them.
